Vocational Research Assistant / Personal Assistant
Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Job description:
As a Vocational Research Assistant / Personal Assistant you will be involved in conducting labor market research, assessing wage earning capacity, and contributing to life care planning research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with expert to plan and execute case work strategies.
• Assist in vocational evaluations, including conducting testing, scoring, and interpretation as needed.
• Manage test inventory and prepare test kits
• Conduct research projects to support the organization's goals.
• Promote and develop employment and on-the-job training opportunities for our clients.
• Contact employers and employment agencies to identify potential job openings based on individual assessments.
• Analyze job requirements and environments to recommend workplace modifications and provide coaching and support to individuals.
Minimum Requirements:
• Masters degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation counseling, counseling studies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Would prefer the candidate to be CRC, LRC eligible
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling organizations for data

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
We are a private rehabilitation and counseling company based in the Greater New Orleans area is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of medical records
• Perform vocational assessments and analyses
• Administer and interpret vocational testing
• Develop detailed and accurate life care plans
• Conduct labor market and life care planning research
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to support case development
Qualifications:
• Required: Eligibility for CRC, LRC, and CLCP. Preferred: Active CRC, LRC, and/or CLCP certification
• Background in vocational rehabilitation, counseling, or related healthcare/rehabilitation field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases with attention to detail

Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
